The music ministry at Grace Church exists to provide vocal and instrumental musicians an opportunity to use their gifts to lead others in worship, as well as share Christ through their lives and musical gifts.
Opportunities for interested musicians who wish to serve include the vocal team, worship band and choir.
Vocal Team and Worship Band
The vocal team works together with our band and worship staff to make our worship services an authentic experience for both newcomers and long-time Grace attenders alike. The team is comprised of experienced singers with solo quality voices who give their time and talents to serve the congregation and are honored by this opportunity to lead in worship.
Musicians in the worship band are experienced players with college level to professional level abilities. Their interest is not about being on stage, but to model and facilitate worship through the playing of their instruments. “…..all for the glory of God.” (I Corinthians 10:31)
Participation with the vocal team or worship band is by audition.
Grace Choir
This is a volunteer choir which participates in special events and/or services.
Members of the volunteer choir are people who wish to express their adoration of the Lord in an authentic fashion. They are people who love the Lord and love to sing and are drawn to serve in the choir for those reasons.
Participation with the choir requires a commitment to a series of rehearsals before the special event and/or service. There is no audition required.
